FAQs for Salesforce
How do I find out what Salesforce licence I have?
After logging into Salesforce select the cogwheel in the top right then Setup. Use the Setup Quick Find and enter Company Information. Under Organisation Detail look for the Organisation Edition.
Is the Salesforce Integration with Outlook or Gmail free?
Yes but you will be manually required to log emails against the appropriate records in Salesforce. If you want this to happen automatically you can pay for an Inbox licence.
What is the difference between the licences?
Essentials includes Leads, Accounts and Opportunities and up to five business process automations. Free integration with Gmail and Outlook
Professional is for businesses that also need to add Products from Pricebooks, use Quotes or Approvals. Professional is required to integrate with DocuSign and CongaSign.
Enterprise Typically for businesses that need integration with other cloud-based systems e.g. Xero, Unleashed or any other system that has an open API.
